When registrants sign up for your Zuddl event, they receive a calendar invite. You can track whether they accept, decline, or respond to these invites in two ways.
By default, all RSVP responses to calendar invites are sent to mail@in.zuddlevents.com. This allows Zuddl to automatically track and report on attendee responses.
If you prefer to receive RSVP responses at your own email address instead of Zuddl's default address, you can configure a custom reply-to email in your Zuddl settings.
Important: When you configure responses to be sent to your custom email address, the "Attendee Email RSVP Status" report will no longer contain data, as responses won't be going through Zuddl's system. You'll need to track RSVP responses independently through your own email.
Use default settings if you want automated RSVP tracking and reporting within Zuddl
Use custom reply-to email if you prefer to manage RSVP responses directly in your own email system.
You can also track RSVP responses through Zuddl's analytics feature:
Navigate to the Analytics section of your event
Download the "Attendee Email RSVP Status" report
This report will show you the RSVP status for all your event registrants
This gives you a comprehensive view of who has responded to their calendar invites and what their response was (accepted, declined, or no response).
