- To embed your webinar on an external page, click on Configure in the Webinar details page.
- In the new page that opens, toggle on the Embed webinar.
- You will now be able to see the Embed code that needs to be copied and added to your website. Here are instructions for adding this code to your website.
1. Add a custom HTML widget with options like Embed a Widget, Embed Custom HTML, Custom Code, Code, or similar.
2. Paste the ‘Embed code’ that you copied from your setup side and save your changes.
3. If applicable, stretch the iframe of your virtual stage to the entire width of your page for optimal viewing quality. We recommend the widget's height be about 90% of your site's viewport.
4. This will embed the webinar onto your website. - Once you have added the embed code to your website, you must add the URL of the page where this widget is embedded. This URL will be used to redirect users coming via the magic links. Click on Save Changes to save the URL.
- That’s it. You can share your event URL with your attendees. They can then log in or register from your event site directly.
Attendee experience
- Attendees who haven’t registered can fill out the registration form directly from the embedded webinar on your website.
- Once registered, attendees can access the webinar by logging in or using the magic link sent to their email. They can watch the webinar and participate in chat, polls, Q&A, and other interactive features.
