How to Accept Requests to Join Stage for a Webinar in Zuddl

This feature allows attendees to send requests to join the live webinar on stage. On accepting the request, attendees can join the stage on video in front of the audience instead of attending as spectators. Organizers can remove attendees from the stage or backstage at any point.
To enable this feature from the webinar setup, go to Engagement > Request to join and toggle this on.
In-webinar flow
The table below shows the attendee-organizer flow during a live webinar in a step-wise sequence:

1. Sends request to join stage | 2. Receives the request with the option to Accept or Reject the request. |
4. Sees the Join Stage button | 3. Accepts the request |
As organizer, you can also remove an attendee from the stage by clicking the Remove from Stage button.
