How to Add Voice Notes in Lead Capture App

You can add voice notes during the lead qualifying process. Voice notes help in quickly adding notes for the lead instead of manually typing in the info. This capability allows organizers or booth owners to easily add voice notes to the lead on the qualify lead screen.

To add voice notes

1. On the lead details page, click Record a new voice note.
   
   
2. This initiates the in-app recording. 
   
   
3. You need to grant access to the microphone to start the recording. On the prompt, click Allow.
   
   
4. Once you've recorded the voice note, you can replay the voice note to review. If you are happy with the result, rename the voice note (default name is 'lead name - voice note #) and Click Save to save the voice note. The saved voice notes appear on the lead details page.
   
   When no name is recorded for a lead, the default voice note name is 'Voice note 1'.

Similarly, you can record any number of voice notes for a lead. You can click View all to view all the recordings.

This shows all the recordings for the lead.

 

The transcript of the recorded voice is also shown as the voice note is played. 

You can also delete a recording on the recorded voice note replay screen.
