In the edit order flow you can edit all the registration form fields whereas in the modify order flow, you can change the ticket/add-on selections as well.
To edit an order:
- Login to the Zuddl dashboard.
Go to Registration > Ticketing. Click on the Transactions tab to see the list of transactions and complete the transaction summary.
- Click on any of the transactions from the list below, and a right-side pane opens with the transaction details, such as the Name of the purchaser, Email, Phone number, Quantity, Ticket Type, Date, Status, Canceled on, Payment Status, Payment Method, Stripe ID, and Revenue.
Distributed discount is shown
If a coupon is applied to specific tickets/addons in a bulk transaction, the transaction details will show the discount amount as distributed among all applicable tickets, which may not be the same as the actual applied discount. This also means that the paid amount displayed may not be the actual amount of the item after discount. To edit the transaction, click on the more options drop-down button and click Edit order.
This opens a new tab in your browser to a page where you can edit registrant details.- On the page, click Edit details for the registrant.
- Edit the field values as required and click Continue. You can edit the First name, Last name, Email address, and other registration form fields
The changes are instantly reflected for the particular registrant. - You can also download the invoice, receipt, and tickets. The downloaded tickets PDF show the updated registrant details.
- Once you are done with the changes, you can simply close the tab.
