How to View Event Recordings for a Virtual Event in Zuddl

Sessions recorded during the event can be viewed under the Recordings section. You can filter the recordings based on the stage, session, speakers, or days.

All recordings are automatically published to all speakers and attendees. Each stage recording has the following options:
  1. Upload: upload a video recording from your device.
  2. Unpublish: Hide the recording from everyone.
  3. Download all: Download all stage recordings in MP4 format to your device.

Upload a video

To upload a video:
  1. Go to recordings and click Upload.

    You can also find the Upload option from the more options on a particular session card.

  2. On the Upload screen on the right, select the Session from the dropdown.
  3. Under the Upload Videos section, click Browse to select a video file from your device or drag and drop it to the designated area.
    The video file size must be less than six GB. You can upload your videos in parts if your file is more significant than 6GB.

  1. Click Upload.

During the event

If your event is on a Dry Run, you cannot start the recording on stage. To start the recording,
  1. Go to the backstage.
  2. Toggle off Dry Run.

  3. In the streaming destinations section, ensure that Save recording is enabled.

You can now click the Start Session button and the session will be automatically recorded. You cannot enable/disable recording while the session is live.
