How to Login to your Account

There are two ways by which you can log in to Zuddl:

• Social accounts or SSO
• Email-based login

Logging in via Social accounts

To login to your account,

1. Go to https://setup.zuddl.com/login
2. Choose a login method
   • Single sign-on: allows you to log in using your social media account. Choose either Google, Facebook, or LinkedIn to authenticate your account.

     1. After you make a selection, you are redirected to the respective social media site where you need to select one account for authentication.

        If you aren't logged in to your social media site, you are taken through the usual login flow.

Login via Email

Email-based: this option lets you log in using your email address. Zuddl sends a login code to the entered email address using which you authenticate your account.

1. Enter your email address connected to Zuddl
2. Enter the organization identifier.
   
   
   This screen does not appear for email addresses associated with a single organization.
   
   Every Zuddl organization has a unique organization identifier used to authenticate when logging into a Zuddl organization. This is especially helpful if your email address is connected to multiple Zuddl organizations. For example, you could be a member of your Zuddl organization and maybe a booth owner in a different Zuddl organization.
3. Click Continue.
4. Now you can log in to Zuddl using SSO (if configured) or via verification code.
   
   

If you've forgotten your organization identifier, click on Forgot your organization identifier? link which will send you an email with the list of organizations associated with your email address. You can simply click the desired organization identifier and it will autofill the email address and the organization identifier and log you into your Zuddl dashboard.
