Instructions for Guests in Zuddl Studio
Welcome to Zuddl Studio!
As a guest, you can use the link provided by the organizer to join streams directly without being part of an organization on Zuddl. You can also share your screen and chat with organizers and other speakers.
Before you join the Studio
Click the joining link provided by the studio organizer. Once the page loads, grant Zuddl Studio access to your camera and microphone in the browser notification.
Before entering Studio, you can configure your audio and video settings from the Camera and Mic check page. Enter your Full name and Title here.
If you were invited via email, you cannot update these later.
If you’ve joined Studio using a guest link sent separately, you can still change these after joining the Studio.
Click the settings icon to configure your video or audio devices.
Inside the Studio
On the Camera and Mic check page, click Enter Studio to join the Studio on Backstage.
On Backstage, you are not visible or audible to viewers. You can only communicate with the organizers and other speakers using video/audio or the chat feature in the sidebar.
You will be visible to viewers only when the organizer sends you on stage, and the stream is live.
