How to Edit Transactions for an In-person Event in Zuddl

Zuddl lets you view and edit the transaction details acquired from the ticket purchase.

Prerequisite

To edit any transaction, the event has to be a flex event.

Steps

  1. Login to the Zuddl dashboard and create a new flex event. Learn more about how to set up a registration page.
  2. Go to Registration > Ticketing. Click on the Transactions tab to see the list of transactions and complete the transaction summary.

  3. Click on any of the transactions from the list below, and a right-side pane opens with the transaction details, such as the Name of the purchaser, Email, Phone number, Quantity, Ticket Type, Date, Status, Canceled on, Payment Status, Payment Method, Stripe ID, and Revenue.

  4. You can resend a confirmation email to the purchaser by clicking the Resend confirmation email button.
  5. To edit the transaction, click on the more options drop-down button. Here, you can find the options to Edit order, Resend invoice, and Cancel/refund.

  6. Click Download invoice to view the invoice as shown below.

  7. Click the Modify button to be redirected to a page to edit the purchaser details.

  8. Click on the Edit details button to modify the purchaser details. You can also reassign the ticket to a different user with another email id.

  9. Click on the Cancel button to cancel the transaction.

  10. Click on the Cancel ticket button and select the Refund the transaction amount to the source checkbox.

  11. The cancellation mail is sent to the purchaser.
  12. You can also click the Import CSV button to import all the transaction details in a CSV format.

Note: To receive emails on canceling transactions toggle on the ticket cancellation in Communication > Standard.
