On the basic info page, update the following event details

  1. Add an Event Name (of up to 50 characters). This event name is displayed on the event listing and registration page.

  2. Add an Event description (of up to 2000 characters).
  3. Select a starting (Start date) and ending (End date) date and time for your event from the date and time picker.
  4. Select the event type in the How will your guests attend field from the following options: In-person, Hybrid event, and Virtual event.
  5. Enter the event location details under Event venue, say 'Madison Square Garden, NY, USA.' The other associated fields such as street name, state, country, and zip code automatically appears with the relevant data.

If you update the event venue after invites are sent, all the new invites or any other email communication with calendar block will show the updated location details.

  6. Optional. For multi-day event, under Configure the start/end time for each day, you can set the end time and start time for each day.

  7. Select Hybrid event type from the three event types available:
    1. Virtual event
    2. Hybrid event
    3. In-person event

  8. If you wish to add this event to an Event Hub, select the hub from the Add to event hub dropdown.

  9. Upload a Cover image.

You can click on the breadcrumb links to go to previous step.
  10. Click Create Event.

If you have updated the location, you are shown this confirmation prompt.

You can choose to resend the new invites to the registrants who have already received and responded to them.
