How to Create a Room in a Hybrid Event in Zuddl

To add rooms,
  1. Go to Venue setup > Rooms.
  2. On the Create rooms form.
    1. Select the Seats per room from 2, 4, 6, 8, or 10 seats. If you want more than 10 seats, select Custom seats with a maximum of 200 seats.
      If you have presentation layout enabled, then you can only add a maximum of 100 seats.
    2. Select the Number of Rooms (from 1- 10). If you want more than 10 rooms, select Custom rooms with a maximum of 100 seats.
  3. Optional step:  There are two types of rooms Private and General. If you want to make the rooms hidden, select the Make rooms private checkbox.

    Tip: You can make a general room private from the Advanced settings. Learn how to convert a room to a private room.

  4. Click Create rooms. The added rooms are shown in the list under a particular room type.

You can add more rooms similarly by using the Add More Rooms button above the room list. After you’ve created the room, you can customize it using the room settings.
Note: You can also reorder the room based on your preference.
You can edit the basic room Details and add Advanced features to your room. Zuddl provides essential features to enhance and efficiently manage rooms.

Upload a logo

Upload a logo for your room by clicking on the room icon. The Logo appears on the room card and also inside the room. The recommended format is a 200*80 pixel in a .png, jpg, jpeg, gif file. Browse or drag the logo file (jpg, jpeg, png, gif; upto 4Mb) from your device and click Save.
