How to Add Downloadable Files for a Hybrid Event in Zuddl

You can add files to the lobby or booths, which can be downloaded by the attendees.

In the lobby or expo booth editor, click Add widget > File.
Enter a suitable File Name of up to 20 characters. This is a mandatory field.
In Add a Thumbnail, upload a thumbnail image for the file. This acts as a visible cue for the attendees to download the file. Click on the upload card to browse for the image on your device, or drag and drop it here.
Select a File Type from the drop-down menu:
1. Upload File(default): use this option to upload a file from your device. Click on the upload card to browse for the file on your device, or drag and drop it here.
2. From URL: use this option to paste the web address of the file. Paste the URL of the file in the File URL field.
Click Save to add the widget.
Resize and reposition the widget on the booth preview as needed.
