How to Edit Registration Details for a Hybrid Event

You can edit the registration details from the ticket confirmation emails that are sent to the ticket purchaser and registration confirmation emails that are sent to registrants themselves. An example email is shown below:

If you wish to edit the attendee details entered by you at the time of ticket purchase,
1. Click on the Edit registration details button. This takes you to the edit screen, where you can make changes in the form.

2. Click on Edit Details.

3. Edit the input values and click Continue.

If you have additional forms in your registration flow, you can make edits to the attendee details entered in those forms as well.

This updates the attendee details successfully.




Transferring the ticket

Transfer cannot happen for unassigned tickets.


For completed registrations, you can click Transfer ticket

  1. Click Transfer ticket button on the edit registration page.
  2. On the transfer ticket details screen, the current attendee details are shown; First name, Last name, Email.  Enter the following details of the new attendee:
    1. First name
    2. Last name
    3. Email
    4. Role
  3. Click Continue.
  4. On the confirmation pop-up, click Confirm transfer.

  5. There are two cases with the 'Attendees have to complete their own registration' toggle:
    • if turned on: you do not need to complete the rest of the forms. The transferred ticket will be in the incomplete registration state.
    • if turned off: you do need to complete the rest of the forms.

The older registration will see the following email:

The new attendee will receive a registration pending approval email through which the attendee must complete the registration.
