How to Add a Sponsor for a Virtual Event in Zuddl

Before managing sponsor tasks and their portal setup, you need to add sponsors to your Zuddl event.
Follow these steps to add a sponsor:
  1. Go to Event setup > Sponsors > All sponsors. Here you can see a list of added sponsors, their assigned Tier, and Task Progress. To add a new sponsor, click + Add sponsor.

  2. In the Add sponsor form, enter the Name of the sponsor.
  3. Enter the sponsor's Email.
  4. Enter the sponsor's Title.
  5. Add a Description for this sponsor.

  6. Assign a Sponsor Tier for this sponsor from the list.
    This option is available only if sponsor tiers have already been created.

  7. Upload a Logo Image (supports JPG, JPEG, PNG files up to 10 MB, 320 x 160 pixels).
  8. Upload a Cover Image (supports JPG, JPEG, PNG, GIF files up to 10 MB, 1080 x 360 pixels). This is used in the mobile app for the sponsor profile.

  9. Add the sponsor's social links (LinkedIn profile linkTwitter profile linkFacebook profile link, and Website).
  10. Click Select booth owners to assign booth owners for this sponsor. Choose the desired booth owners from the list, and click Save.

  11. Click Add sponsor to finish the process and add a new sponsor. You can now find the newly added sponsor in the All sponsors list.
