How to Set Up the Sponsor Portal for a Hybrid Event in Zuddl

The sponsor portal is specifically designed for event sponsors. It allows them to update their profiles and manage their branding, booths, and leads.
Organizers can define the branding and layout of the sponsor portal and preview the changes instantly. They can also define basic tasks (title, description, deadline) and assign them to sponsors.
How to set up the Sponsor portal
- To set up the Sponsor portal, go to Event Setup > Sponsors and toggle on Enable sponsor portal. Then click on the Edit Portal button on the top right. Alternatively, you can go to Portal setup > Sponsor Portal.
- In the sponsor portal setup that opens, you can see two options:
- Branding - to define the look and feel of the sponsor portal
- Layout - to define the items to be displayed on the sponsor portal.
- In the Branding tab, customize the branding for the portal by updating the Primary color, Text color, Header logo, Banner image, and Font. You can preview the portal on the right in real-time.
- In the Layout tab, you can reorder the options available in the portal. You can turn off the toggle against the different sections to hide them. You can also uncheck Upload documents or Create polls to hide those options for the sponsors.
