The Event Mobile App by Zuddl is designed for in-person/hybrid event attendees. Using the event mobile app features, you can provide a better in-person event experience to your attendees and ensure they can access information, navigate the venue, connect with others, and engage in event activities effectively on their mobile devices.
Please make sure to include all the features needed for the event, such as branding, schedule, speakers, locations, etc. These features automatically reflect in the event mobile app, and any changes you make will also be reflected in the app.

Multi-events app

Along with single events, the “Zuddl Events” app now supports accessing multiple events within a single app. Attendees, including speakers, organizers, moderators, and booth owners, can log in and view all their events (hybrid/in-person) — whether live, past, or upcoming.  You can use the app in the following ways

  1. Container App Options: to have all event of your organization to be clubbed into a container app. This can be achieved in two ways:

    1. Custom branded app: The Zuddl Events app can be customized as per your organization's branding. This way, one app can contain all events of your organization within the same app.

    2. Standard Zuddl events app: If you do not want branding, you can use the Zuddl Events app as is. Attendees can log in to the Zuddl Events app and view the events of the organization they have access to.

When you link only one event to the container app, it behaves as a single event app.
  2. Multiple container app: You can also have more than one container app if you wish to have multiple container apps to reflect different themes of events. For example, an app for all their GTM events and another for all their townhall events.

You can also have more than one app if you wish to have multiple apps to reflect different themes of events. For example, one app for all GTM events and another for townhall events.

Schedule

The schedule feature lets attendees see the event agenda and sessions, session details page, view speakers, and more.
