In the case of bulk registrations, certain information is usually common for all attendees (like Company, Country, etc.). These common fields can be auto-filled for the purchaser during registration.

To auto-fill fields,
  1. Go to Registration > Registration flow> Advanced settings section.
  2. Click the Select fields button.
  3. Select all/individual fields of the form.

  4. Go back to the flow and click the Publish changes button to republish changes.
By default all fields are unselected. All fields you've added to the registration except email address and rich-text field would show up in the list, including custom fields, disclaimers, etc.

Attendee Side

When the purchaser submits the form details for the first attendee (for the first time), the details for these selected fields are auto-filled for all other attendees.
The purchaser can proceed with filling other details and submit the form.

The same auto-filling logic is applied if you wish to increase the ticket count during checkout.

Manual Update

The purchaser can manually change this information later.

After submitting information for all attendees, if the purchaser goes back to edit details for the first attendee, they are shown a confirmation popup with the list of fields with auto-fill enabled. This only happens the first time user tries to change the field value.
  • Do not update: Will not update field values for all attendees but only for the attendee on which update action is being taken.
  • Update for all attendeeWill update the field value for all attendees based on the changes made for the first attendee.
Although the 'Update for all attendee' option updates the field for all attendee, the purchaser must re-submit the forms.
If they choose to update these changes for all attendees, they need to submit the form for each attendee individually to save this information.
