How to Manage Leads for your Third-party Events in Zuddl

You can manage your leads from the Leads menu on the Zuddl dashboard. All the leads captured through the Lead capture app by Zuddl are shown in the Lead menu.
The list shows:
- Name: The name of the lead along with email address. If email or name is not found, they shown as greyed out as "Email/Name not found."
- Enrichment state: The current state of enrichment
- Scanned text: The text content inside the Scanned text field
- Role: Lead's role in the company
- Phone: Lead's phone number
- Company: Company name of the lead
- Lead status: The status of the lead, Hot, Cold, Warm, and Unsorted,
- Custom fields: The custom field response
Searching for a lead
You can search for leads using filters to quickly search for the lead. You can filter by Lead status.
You can filter by Enrichment status:
You can filter by the user who added the lead (Added by).
CSV actions
To take action on the leads in bulk, you can use the following CSV action:
Import CSV
If you have a CSV file with all the lead details, you can import it to Zuddl from the Leads menu. To import
- Select the Import CSV option from the CSV dropdown.
You can click Download a sample CSV template link to download a sample file and make edits. - Drag and drop the CSV file, or browse and select the file from your device.
Ensure that the CSV file is in the required format. Refer to the given instructions to format your CSV file accordingly. - On the Map corresponding attribute window, for every column header in your CSV file you must map a corresponding Zuddl attribute. Zuddl supports only the following attributes: Email, First name, Last name, Phone number, Company, Rating, Notes, Title, and Lead status.
Each attribute can only be selected once. You can also choose the Do not import option to ignore a particular column header. - Once the import process is successful, click Import.
This imports all leads and shows them in the lead list.
Modify CSV
To modify a CSV
- Go to People > Attendees.
- Expand the CSV dropdown button and select Modify CSV.
- On the Modify screen, select the fields to be modified from the Fields dropdown. The fields from all forms in your registration flow are shown in the following manner.
You can also modify the Email address of the lead. - Click on Download CSV file to modify link to modify the fields. This downloads a CSV file (namely custom-fields.csv).
- This downloads the CSV file that contains the only selected fields for each email address. Make the required corrections to the file for the custom fields.
There are a few instructions you must keep in mind while preparing the CSV file.
- Choose the fields you want to modify and download the CSV. Update the data for those fields and import the modified CSV here.
- Lead ID is a mandatory field and should not be removed from the CSV file.
- Any cells left blank may be ignored or updated with blank values.
- The CSV file can have up to 2000 entries and must be less than 1 MB.
- Email & other mandatory fields must not be left empty. If they're left empty, fields will retain previous values. - On the Import modified CSV file action area, click Browse and select the modified CSV file from your device. This imports the file to your dashboard.
- After the file has been imported successfully, click Import modified CSV.
If there are blank fields in the CSV file, you are shown the option ignore or update with blank values as shown below
