How to Create a Field Event for a Third Party Event in Zuddl

Follow these steps to set up a field event for a third party event: 

1. In the third party event setup, go to Field events. Click Create field event.
   
   
2. Enter the field event details:
1. Enter the Event name (up to 400 characters).
2. Enter the Event description (up to 2000 characters).
3. Set the Starts on time and Ends on time and date for the event.
4. Enter the Event venue details.
5. Set the Time zone for the event.
6. To customize the schedule for each day separately, Configure the start/end time for each day (optional).
7. Upload a Cover image for the event (optional).
8. Click Create field event.
   
3. The created field events are listed below the associated third party event on the event listing page. You can also create field events after the third party event has begun and is ongoing.
   
   
   There can be multiple field events associated with a third party event.
4. App users added to the third party event are automatically added as check-in staff for the check-in app in the associated field event.
   
   
5. Leads invited from the third party event are automatically added to the field event under People > Attendees. People who register for the field event (if the field event has a published registration page) also are added as attendees here.
   
   

Field events in the lead capture app

Once the field events are set up, you can invite leads to these field events directly through the lead capture app. Follow these steps to do so:

1. In the lead capture app, tap the Invite to field event button in the new lead capture flow.
   
   
2. If the lead is not enriched, you can either send the invite anyway or enter the mandatory details required to ensure that the invite is sent successfully.
   
   
   
3. If multiple field events are set up, you can choose which events to invite the lead to. You can add new field events when the third party event is ongoing. Leads already added can then be invited to the newly added field event.
