Iterable is a Cross-Channel Marketing Platform for User Experiences & Interactions (Marketing Automation tool for Communication). You can use Iterable as a Marketing Automation tool that requires your event data to be present in Iterable so that you can connect with your customer in a much better way.


With the Zuddl-Iterable integration, you can connect your Iterable account with Zuddl org, allowing you to pass registrations and valuable event engagement data captured on Zuddl to your Iterable account. The integration creates custom events for registration and event engagement where it passes Zuddll registrations and attendee activity data respectively from your Zuddl event or webinar. 

This article gives you an overview of how the integration works, available configuration options, benefits, and how you can get you started. 


Setting up the Integration

The set up involves the following steps:
  1. Install the app from Zuddl integration page. This step involves org-level field mapping of Zuddl standard registration fields with Iterable user profile fields.
  2. Send registration from Zuddl to Iterable
  3. (Optional step) Send event activities from Zuddl to Iterable

Iterable's powerful in-app messaging feature driven by Zuddl's event data, you can segment customers to orchestrate your messaging across all channels and create campaigns to send pesonalized messages to your customers. The integration capability empowers your sales and marketing teams to know their prospects better and enable them to have meaningful conversation to grow customer base and boost enagement.

Through this integration, you can:
  1. Send registrations that happens on your Zuddl event registration page and receive them as Iterable users
  2. Send attendee activities such as polls answered, questions asked, event engagement time, and more thereby enriching the user profile in Iterable. Equipped with this information, your sales and marketing team can make meaning conversation with your prospects and take informed actions
  3. Sync anytime to receive cumulative event data even including registrations before the integration setup. This is especially useful for multi-day events where you can reach out to prospects between event days.
  4. Personalized mapping of registration fields at event-level such as UTM parameters, IP Country/City, Ticket type (for ticketed events), etc.
  5. Pass custom fields in your Zuddl registration form
  6. Create new users without updating existing records
