  2. Under Game details, set up the basic details for the game:
    1. Enter a Name for the game (up to 150 characters).
    2. Select an Icon for the game from the dropdown.
    3. Enter a game Description (optional).
    4. The Game is active toggle (on by default), makes the game available for attendees to play. To keep the game as a draft, turn this off.
    5. To make the game playable only for a certain duration, toggle on Set a time window (optional). This lets you set a Start date and time and End date and time for the game.

Defining players

Once the game is created, you can define the audience groups who can or cannot play this game.

  1. Under Who can play this game?, select audience groups to make the game playable for them.Screenshot 2025-03-11 at 5.12.57 PM
  2. Under Who cannot play this game?, select audience groups to block the game for them.Screenshot 2025-03-11 at 5.13.58 PM
For attendees who are part of multiple groups, if any of their groups is in the Who cannot play this game? list, they cannot play the game.
Booth owners are added from the attendee list. Due to this reason, they can see games that are available for both groups - attendees and booth owners.

In the app

Games are shown with a list of tasks in the app. Attendees can also see the leaderboard for individual games.
