Right after the app creation flow you are redirected to the app branding/customization page where you can customize the look and feel of your app.

Branding

Branding involves incorporating our brand elements, values, and design principles into the user interface and overall user experience. Under the branding tab, you can use different elements to customize the branding of the app. Here are key elements for effective branding of the app:

  1. On the setup page, you can see three tabs on the left side nav: Branding, Events, and Assets.

  2. Select a theme for the app - Light or Dark.
  3. Select a Primary color. It is used across the app’s various screens and features.

  4. Select a Text  color. It is used for text on buttons and labels across the app.

  5. Upload a header logo of 1080 x 1080 pixels in JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF format, with size up to 4MB, by dragging and dropping your image or browsing from your device. Learn more about the file dimensions.

  6. Select a font for the app using the Font family drop-down menu from the App font section.

    • You can also upload a custom font family of OTF or TTF or zip file with size up to 2 MB by dragging and dropping the file or browsing from your device. After uploading, enter the font name in the text box below and click the Upload to list button.

Events

In the Events menu, you can add events (Published or Unpublished) into the app for your attendees.

  1. Click the Select events button.

  2. Select the checkbox for events you want to show in the app on the event selection screen.

The list shows all events created in your Zuddl team with Date and Status. You can also sort the list by the event start date.
  3. After you've added the events, click the Save changes button.
You can also remove any selected event and make a new selection.

You can also publish and unpublish an event from the more options for each event. If you've added an unpublished event, whenever the event is published, it starts showing up in the app as well.
