Can I use +suffix for testing email communications of Zuddl?
We do not recommend testing email communications using +suffix email as emails may not work correctly. We recommend testing with real email address. You can using the +suffix email address to test email template.
What should be Google calendar settings for calendar block to show up on attendee calendars?
If your attendees are using Google Calendar, you must change settings of Google Calendar to ‘From everyone’. This enables the calendar block to be added automatically.
What should be the Reply to email configured to?
Ensure that you use a valid reply to email as we don’t validate the input. Adding invalid email address like noreply@acme.com will not work. Moreover, RSVP to custom email only works when a valid Reply to email configured from the dashboard homepage.
Does the RSVP responses to the default Zuddl email work for custom sender?
This option is works for both custom sender and Zuddl default sender.
Can I change to a different sender email after sending the first email?
For a particular event, depending on the sender used to send the first email, the subsequent emails follow the same sender email address, regardless of any setting changes. So it is recommended to keep the same sender email address for email communications with calendar block.
Would changing the event timing affect the attendee’s RSVP responses?
If you change the event timings for an event, the RSVP responses of attendees for that event will be erased.
Will the description or location change for an attendee to whom calendar block was already sent?
Even if you change the description from your dashboard, the attendee to whom calendar block was already sent will not see the updated description. However, if the event timings are changed, it can be seen.
