Cybersource Checkout Flow

Once you've completed the ticket selection and filled out the purchaser details on the payment form, you can proceed with the Cybersource checkout.

1. Click on Pay by card radio button.
   
   
2. Enter your Card Number, Expiration date, and Security code.
   
   
   The year format for the Expiration date is YYYY.
   The security code format varies based on the card number
3. Under Billing address
   
   1. Choose your country from the dropdown.
   2. Select a State. This is only required for certain countries.
   3. Enter Street and house number.
   4. Enter City and Zip code.
      
      
      Zip codes can be from a range of 5 - 9 characters.
      
      
4.  Once you added these details, click the Make payment button.
5. Enter the OTP/code received on your phone number linked to your card on the authentication step and click Submit. The authentication step is displayed based on the card details.
   
   
   If you didn't receive the code, you can also Resend the code to your phone number.
   If you are unable to make the payment within 15 minutes or within the checkout countdown time, the form data will be refreshed/erased, and you will need to re-enter the card details.
   
   The OTP UI would vary for every bank.
   
   If you click Cancel, you are taken back to the payment page, where you can edit any payment details and retry the payment details.
   

After the purchase is successfully completed, the purchaser is shown the purchase summary with all the required details.
