- Where can I add the approval step in the flow builder?
Answer: It can only be added after the ticketing step, not between the first form and the ticketing step. - In bulk transactions, can some tickets require approval and others don’t?
Answer: This is currently not supported in v1. When approving a transaction, the organizer can either approve or reject all registrants in that transaction. - Can I add an approval step in a non-ticketed event?

Answer: No. However, they can purchase add-ons by saving the spot and completing the purchase after approval. - Can I decline an approved registration if the transaction is completed?
Answer: When the transaction is completed, the prospects become registrants. You cannot decline that approved registration but can initiate cancellation of their transaction. - Can I decline an approved registration if the transaction is not completed?
Answer: When the transaction is incomplete (approved but not registered), you can decline an approved registration. - Can I approve a declined registration?

Answer: In this case, the registrants are taken to the next step, wherever they have filled out the form and are allowed to finish the registration. You can also add a standard screen which can be customized. - What happens to the approved registrants if I remove the approval step and approve pending requests?
Answer: If the approval step is removed and the pending requests are approved when the approved registrants click on the link to complete their purchase, they must start from the first form with pre-filled data where they can update their details if required and complete their purchase. - Can the registrants edit their details after they are approved?
Answer: No, they cannot edit anything that was filled before submitting the approval request. - Can someone with a declined request retry to register?
Answer: Yes. A registrant with a previously declined request can retry registering. - What happens to someone with an approved request who retries registering after 72 hours?
Answer: After a ticket is approved, it is reserved for 72 hours for that registrant so that they can complete the transaction. After 72 hours, the ticket reservation expires, and the registrant must request approval again unless the ticket is sold out. - What should you do if the ticket is sold out?
Answer: If a registrant contacts you regarding a sold-out ticket, you can choose to either increase the ticket quantity or reject that request and ask the registrant to register again with a different available ticket type. - When a purchaser applies a coupon that brings the ticket price to 0, does the purchaser still need to go through the purchase and payment flow?"
Answer: Yes, the registrant has to go through the payment flow even if the price at the time of approval is 0. - Is the skip-ticketing option allowed if ticket approval is turned on?
Answer: Yes. Using skip-ticketing, you can pre-approve a ticket. - If one person needs approval in a bulk transaction, does the whole transaction need approval?
Answer: Yes. The person who needs approval must fill in details until the approval step, and the person who does not need approval must fill in details until the last form but would need approval to complete registration. - Can I send registrants some sort of message when an approval request is submitted, a ticket is sold out, and registration is complete after approval?
Answer: Yes, you can use standard screens in the advanced settings of the registration flow. Learn how to use standard screens. - What happens to registrants who are added from the Add attendee flow from the Zuddl dashboard?
Answer: No approval is required since you intend to add attendees manually. You can directly assign any ticket type. The same goes for CSV import and the check-in app.
