  1. Are there features in Zuddl that do not work with the unassigned tickets feature?
    Answers: 'Auto-fill form fields' setting and ticket approval step in the registration flow must be disabled or removed in order for the unassigned tickets feature to work.
  2. What emails should I turn on before I get started with unassigned tickets ?
    Answers: Along with the usual emails, you must also turn on 'Incomplete attendee registration', 'Ticket confirmation (Incomplete & unassigned registrations)', and 'Ticket confirmation' emails from the standard attendee emails. 
  3. Can purchasers buy unassigned tickets beyond the ticket capacity for an event registration?
    Answer: No. If the unassigned tickets exceed the existing capacity, the organizer must increase the ticket capacity to allow ticket purchases.
  4. Will any ticket conditions be applicable for unassigned, assigned, or assignment pending tickets?
    Answer: Ticket conditions will be applicable for assigned tickets when the attendee is filling in details to complete registration
  5. What will happen if the unassigned tickets go beyond the registration capacity?
    Answer: The registration capacity does not get updated if the number of unassigned tickets exceeds the number of registrations.
  6. If I duplicate the event with existing registration settings, will it also get duplicated?
    Answer: The toggle states will get duplicated. Tickets do not get duplicated.
  7. How will my reporting data be affected by the number of unassigned tickets for an event?
    Answer: The reports will include the unassigned ticket data but with status.
  8. How will data be passed to my Salesforce integration for unassigned, assigned, or assignment pending tickets?
    Answer: Data does not get passed until the registration is complete.
  9. Can you download tickets for incomplete tickets or unassigned tickets?
    Answer: No, you can't download tickets for incomplete or unassigned tickets
  10. Will my attendees with pending registration receive event reminders?
    Answer: No. Not until the attendee completes the registrations
  11. Can I refund an unassigned ticket or an assigned but pending ticket?
    Answer: The organizer can do this. However, all tickets in the order have to be assigned. Even if one ticket in the order is unassigned, you can’t refund the order.
  12. Can I  cancel an unassigned ticket or an assigned but pending ticket?
    Answer: The organizer can do this. However, all tickets in the order have to be assigned. Even if one ticket in the order is unassigned, you can’t refund the order.
  13. Can I modify an order for assigned but pending registration?
    Answer: The organizer must complete the registration and then modify the order. You can't modify it even if one unassigned ticket is in the order.
  14. Can an assigned attendee edit a pending registration?
    Answer: No, not until registration
  15. Can the Registration pending reminder be sent for assigned but pending registrations?
    Answer: Yes, it can be sent until registration is done. If a reminder email is scheduled but the person completes the registration, then the email is not sent to those registrants
