To create a new event on Zuddl:

  1. On the Home page (event listing), click New EventThis redirects you to the Create an Event page.

Select registration style

Registration style decides how your attendees register for the event. There are three options to choose from:

  • Register and join: Attendees must register with their email addresses or via social logins. On registering, they are added to the list of invited attendees.
  • Invite only: This allows only the invited attendees to enter the event when it starts. Attendees must use the same email address to which the invite has been sent. Upon unsolicited access to such events, users are shown the following message
  • Flex registration: Similar to register and join with additional registration related options. Default

Add event details

  1. Add an Event Name (of up to 50 characters). This event name is displayed on the event listing and registration page.
  2. Add an Event description (of up to 2000 characters).
  3. Select a starting (Starts on) and ending (Ends on) date and time for your event from the date and time picker.
  4. Select Virtual event type from the three event types available:
    1. Virtual event
    2. Hybrid event
    3. In-person event

  5. Specify the event Timezone. All other event timings will be scheduled according to this time zone.

Attendees will see all event timings converted to their local time zones.

  6. If you wish to add this event to an Event Hub, select the hub from the Add to event hub dropdown.

  7. Upload a Cover image.

  8. Click Create Event.

And that’s it — you’ve created an event!
