With the Zuddl-HubSpot integration, you can build a connection between your HubSpot and Zuddl org, allowing you to pass registrations and valuable event engagement insights captured on Zuddl to your HubSpot account. The integration creates a marketing event where Zuddl passes registrations and attendee activity from your Zuddl event or webinar.
You can also pass HubSpot Contacts from a marketing event as registrants to your Zuddl event, thereby achieving a bidirectional sync between your Zuddl and HubSpot accounts. The integration provides you with controls that allow you to maintain a one-to-one relationship between Zuddl and HubSpot fields, thereby keeping both systems up-to-date.

Setting up the Integration
The set up involves the following steps:
- Install the app from Zuddl integration page. This step involves org-level field mapping of Zuddl standard registration fields with HubSpot contact fields.
- Send/receive registrations
- (Optional step) Send event activities from Zuddl to HubSpot
You would also need to configure your HubSpot account to be able receive Zuddl event data.
