How to Reset your Data for your Hybrid Event

Resetting data allows organizers to clear all event chats, polls, and Q&As. This allows the event to be reset for a new session. After resetting data, all this information is stored in reports so organizers can still access it.
To reset the event data:
  1. Login to the Zuddl dashboard and create an event. Learn more about creating an event.
  2. On the event setup page, go to Settings.
  3. In the Reset Data card, click Reset.

After resetting event data, organizers can still access the reports generated in Analytics.
To find the data you need:
  1. Go to Analytics > Report Download.
  2. In the drop-down, choose the kind of data you need.
  3. Click Download Report.
